Founded by James Milner, CCIM in 2014, Appalachian Commercial Real Estate (Boone, NC) provides commercial real estate sales, leasing, and appraisal services to owners and users throughout Watauga County and Western North Carolina. Their team’s main objective is to provide clients with all relevant information and resources necessary to simplify the complex processes inherent to commerical real estate.
